Pick your list size. We show the real monthly price of each plan at that size - or say plainly when the vendor does not publish one. This is also the email marketing cost calculator: same verified data, no email required, no “request a quote.”
At 1,000 contacts, the cheapest verified price is ActiveCampaign Starter at $15/mo.

Prices verified Oct 4, 2026 from official vendor pages, help docs, and vendor-published tables. “Not published” means the vendor does not publish that tier's price in a table we could verify - we show the official starting price rather than a guess. How verification works.

Brevo. Contacts are nearly free to store (100,000 on the free plan); you pay for monthly email volume. Cheap for big, quiet lists; expensive for daily senders. Kept out of the per-contact table on purpose.
HubSpot. A per-seat price plus a marketing-contacts allowance. Only its 10,000-contact Enterprise figure ($3,600/mo) is officially published, which is why HubSpot mostly shows “Not published” here.
Two more units hide inside Model 1: active subscribers (Kit - deduplicated, paying only for real people) and profiles (Klaviyo-style tools, not in this calculator yet for lack of a verifiable price table). Same list, three different billable counts.
Three reasons, all deliberate:
Every other comparison site we checked fills at least some of these blanks with estimates. Filling them is exactly how wrong prices end up quoted back at vendors. The full verification rules →
Brevo charges per monthly email send, not per contact. Free plan stores up to 100,000 contacts (300 sends/day cap) at $0; paid plans start at $9/mo (Starter) and $18/mo (Standard). Storing 5,000-25,000 contacts on a paid plan requires a 20,000+ sends/month tier whose exact price is not published. If you send rarely to a big list, Brevo can be the cheapest option here; if you send daily, do the sends math first - per-send pricing passes contact-based tools quickly.
At 1,000 contacts, verified official prices range from $15/mo (ActiveCampaign Starter) and $19/mo (GetResponse Starter) to $45/mo (AWeber Plus). At 10,000 contacts the verified range runs from $69/mo (Sender Standard) to $160/mo (Constant Contact Standard), with enterprise tiers far higher. Use the calculator above for the exact list size you have.
Nothing, here. Vendors call it both; the underlying question is the same - what will this list size cost per month. This page answers both queries with one verified dataset instead of two marketing pages with different numbers.
Some vendors (Mailchimp, Kit, HubSpot at most sizes) only show prices through an interactive slider and do not publish a tier table. We only print numbers we verified on an official page, so for those tools we show the official starting price and say the exact tier price is not published. We never estimate or copy prices from other review sites.
Because the cheapest published price is not always the cheapest bill. Tools count different things (contacts vs active subscribers vs profiles), cap sends differently, and some - like Brevo - price per send instead of per contact. The outcome cards show the cheapest verified price and the broadest published matrix; the decision notes explain when each matters.
Brevo prices by monthly email volume, not by contacts, so a per-contact comparison would be misleading. Its free plan stores up to 100,000 contacts with a 300 emails/day cap; paid plans start at $9/mo (Starter) and $18/mo (Standard), verified Oct 4, 2026. It is covered in its own section below the table.
No. Figures are standard monthly prices unless a row says otherwise, so tools are compared on the same basis. Several vendors (for example MailerLite, at 10% off) discount annual billing - check the annual toggle before you buy, but compare monthly first.
Every price on this page was verified on Oct 4, 2026 against the vendor's official pricing page, help documentation, or an official vendor-published pricing table. We re-check on a rolling basis and update the date stamp when we do.
